My Clip 2 is only taking a few photos and videos
If your Clip 2 is only taking a few photos, please ensure that the upload has completed. When uploading your photos your Clip 2 will need to be connected to a power source and a surrounding Wi-Fi connection. For information on how to set up your Clip 2's Wi-Fi, please go to this FAQ. You can also view the process of your upload via the Smartphone App.
We also recommend clearing the cache of the Narrative Smartphone App.
My Clip 2 is not taking any photos or videos
If your Clip 2 isn't taking photos or videos, check that you have battery power and that your Clip 2 has been activated via the Smartphone App. For more information on activating your Clip 2, please head to this FAQ.
If you have already activated your Clip 2, we recommend clearing the cache of the Narrative Smartphone App. Does this help?
It could be that there is delayed Momentification, but the maximum you should need to wait is an hour for your Moments to appear. To check if there are any service disruptions, please view this page.
In the event that your Clip 2 still doesn't appear to be taking content, you can discharge the Clip 2's battery. To do this place your Clip 2 face up towards a light source, with no cable attached, for at least six hours. Then charge your Clip 2 and see if your Clip 2 is now fully functional.
