If you can't find your Narrative Clip/Narrative Clip 2, please contact Customer Care for assistance. Many of our customers who lost their Narrative Clips in familiar surroundings such as their home or workplace were able to find their trackers by using these tips:
- Check your Narrative smartphone to see if you are able to sync your Narrative Clip. Try to take the device where you think you have dropped it. If you are able to sync, it means that it is nearby. (Only applies for Narrative Clip 2 owners due to bluetooth capability)
- Look near your laundry to see if you have accidentally dropped it there. Many of our customers find that their Clips wind up in their laundry basket.
