How can I track my Narrative Order?

If you've ordered the Narrative Clip 2

Once you've received a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number, it means that your Narrative Clip 2 has been processed for shipment. It usually takes an additional day or two for you to receive your tracking number.

Once you receive a secondary email with a tracking code, you can click on the tracking number within to see additional information regarding your shipment and estimated arrival date. 

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to provide shipping updates. Check these websites regularly and be on the lookout for weather alerts or service disruptions that may delay your order delivery.

If you've not received a shipping confirmation, it means that your order is still being queued for shipment.

Delivery Services used

We use USPS for orders shipped within US, Schenker within Sweden and FedEx for EU and rest of the world (ROW) orders. Depending on where you are, please allow 3-14 business days for your order to arrive. 

Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, please allow for an additional day or two for your order to be delivered. 

If you have any questions for the carrier shipping your order ( My order shows as delivered but is not, I need to change my shipping address etc.), it is most effective that you contact the carrier directly: 

USPS (US orders)        FedEx (EU and ROW orders)      Schenker (Sweden orders)
