When will my Narrative Clip 2 ship?

We have shipped all EU pre-orders that were ordered before April. 

US and ROW orders

We have started shipping within the US and selected countries around the world. We are working towards shipping orders to Canada, Japan and Taiwan.

We will update Ship the Clip as and when we get more information. 

Tracking your shipment

Once your Narrative Clip 2 is being processed for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number, so that you will always be in control of the whole delivery of your Clip 2.

    Hi @Kwang Keng, you will be updated via email. Once we ship out your Narrative Clip 2, you will receive an email where you can track your Narrative Clip 2.

    I preorder in the first batch (may 2015) and is in Europe. I haven't received any mail with shipping tracking info. Shouldn't I have received that by now?

    Hi, I'm in the same situation than Peter (pre-order in May, and living in Europe). Can we have any news about the shipping (new travel is coming soon, and having the new narrative for can be cool)

    I ordered my Narrative 2 back in September but I will be moving out of the delivery address at the end of February. How can I be sure that I will receive my device? My order # is USCA#2916.

    Hi Peter and Siert,

    Currently I am unable to give you an individual estimate on your orders, but looking at our shipping progress I can see that your Narrative Clip 2s are among our first shipment batch that's going out. Our goal is to get you your Narrative Clip 2 before the end of this month.

    Thanks for supporting us throughout the Clip 2 production and thanks for your patience as we deliver an even better product than what was announced earlier this year. Once your Clip is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so that you can follow its journey to you.

    Hi Elaine,

    We are currently waiting to clear all legal documentation needed for customs, before we can ship the Narrative Clip 2 to you. As the certification is external to Narrative, it is hard to give you a fixed ETA for your order. However, please know that we are working hard to complete the certification process for the United States/Canada. We will update http://shiptheclip.com with more information on shipping estimations as soon as the Clip 2 has passed the certification process.

    Please note that once your Clip 2 pre-order is prepared for shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number. Updates made to your order will also be available on http://getnarrative.com/orderlookup. To locate your order you will need to specify your region, order number, and email address.

    I am headed out of the country soon and would greatly like to take this with me. I ordered a N2 last week. I know the 8-12 weeks is just an estimate, but is there any details on if mine would be shipped sooner?

    Very annoying that you did not begin the certification process for the US earlier, I preordered last year and we in the US are still waiting for shipments to begin. Any timetable for deliveries the the US to begin? Thanks.

    We did everything possible to ensure that the Clip 2 process was as smooth as possible, however we encountered some development hurdles. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the certification process.

    I have ordered my clip one year ago very soon. After countless development delays and no email communications to explain the delays I find that there are certification delays. Couldn't those have been foreseen by your development team? I can hardly believe that certification process is new and totally agree with bartletts4: please communicate with your customers individually to provide realistic dates for shipment, along with options for those who have changed their mind or bought a different device, or moved, etc.

    I have been waiting since May 2015 to get my clip 2. I was made to believe it was to ship in September. 4 months after that I was told that it was going to ship. It is now 2 months AFTER THAT! do these even exist? Or is this a scam?

    I apologise for the shipping delay, but please know that we have worked hard to create the Clip 2. We are shipping out Clip 2s to all of our customers as quickly as possible, and - ultimately - we want you to have your Clip 2! It's because of the support of customers such as yourself that we were able to produce a product that we're not only proud of, but that we believe you're really going to enjoy.

    I have not received any update on when my clip (purchased in July'15) will be delivered. I'm unable to access your system which doesn't recognize either my email address or order id# or both. Sad:(

    I purchased my Narrative on November. For what I see in this forum I am hopeless for I am seen orders with more than a year. The only answer I get is that you already received a batch and mine will be delivered as soon as prior orders are dispatched. ... But it is courios that in the main webpage you still offer 2 weeks delivery for new orders.... Uf. ..

    Individual orders can vary in estimation. EU orders have nearly been completed, and orders outside the EU will begin shipping soon. We are waiting for confirmation of certification in order to start this.

    So I just read you passed FCC, which is great. I am ordering from Australia and would like to know if there are extra requirements to become certified in Australia? Or is it complete once you receive the FCC docements? I am assuming at the very least there will be forms to fill in to become certified here.
