Narrative Care

I get a message that my Narrative Clip is in recovery mode. How do I discharge my Clip?

If you get this message please discharge the Clip's battery. To do this, place your Clip face up towards a light source, with no cable attached, for at least seven days. Then try and connect it again.

If this does not not resolve your issue please drop us a line at care@getnarrative.com.

Why would such a thing happen in the first place?

Hi Albara, thanks for your comment!

Like many High-Tech devices, sometimes there are issues which means that a system restart is required. By discharging your Clip, this essentially allows the hardware to reboot and should resolve most technical issues.

Please feel free to drop us an email at support@getnarrative.com if you have any technical questions, and we would be very happy to troubleshoot with you /suggest some best practices.

    Have a great day!
    David
